Dr. T. V. Subramanian

He has M. Sc. (Statistics) and Diploma in SQC, Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta, Fellow (Ph. D. Degree) in Management, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and has won Honorary Fellow award from Indian Institute of Materials Maangement. Has 12 years' corporate experience in Quality, PPC and Management Services and over 24 years in Management Consulting, Training and Teaching in the fields of Operations Management and Information Systems and Strategy. He is member Advisory council and Professor, Bharathidasan Institute of Management Tiruchy, the Adjunct Faculty, IFMR/ACME, Chennai and Visiting Faculty, Institute of Technology Management, DRDO. TI Group, Alstom Ltd., Ashok Leyland. Handled over 50 major consultancy assignments for large private and public sector organizations. Conducted and participated as a principal faculty in more than 500 management development programs.

 

 

Prof. Balasubrahmaniam

An MBA from the School of Management Studies, Cochin University and Fellow (IIMA). He is presently the Dean of the Bhavan's Vidya Bhavan, Kochi and was the Head of the Department, Management Studies of the Goa University. Held position as Professor Visitante Associado at the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering, Aveiro University, Portugal and was a visiting professor at the International University of Business, Agriculture and Technology at Dhaka, Bangladesh. Currently a Visiting Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore and adjunct faculty at Universitas 21 Global, an e-University based in Singapore.

 

 

Dr. Mala Kapadia

The founder of 'Tame the Monkey', Dr. Kapadia has rich and varied background in Psychology, Literature and Human Resources. Has to her credit a stint in Journalism with The Times of India Group of Publications and was Assistant Editor with Femina and The Illustrated Weekly of India. After valued experience in Human Resources with Otis Elevators (India) and Voltas, headed the HR division of McCann-Erickson (India), one of the world's largest Advertising Agencies. She later was Vice President - Human Resources with the 24-hour Hindi channel SABe TV and teaches Indian Psychology at Tapovan, Center for Yoga & Ayurveda at France since 2003.
